lets make the turnaround time 2-3 days or less. As long as this has been around, we should be all well prepared regarding our donations. Just take a day or two to review the items and send it on. I will commit to turning it around in a day.

I'm moving (again) - don't worry, I'll give my work addy - but in the process of cleaning up and cleaning out my storage unit, in addition to finding stuff I didn't know I had (e.g., a Rominger ISP still in an envelope), I've been consolidating stuff and fidning either some duplicate items (including some signed items) or items I don't want. So, I'm well prepared. Send it on! |

I'm ready but I am also the next to the last on the list. Maybe by the time I see the package we will be living on Mars. |

I think Jake should win a prize for starting the longest CollectSpace forum message thread. This just keeps going, and going, and going, and...... Tom -somewhere on the goody box list.

The box has arrived! I came home last night and found the box of treasures waiting at my front door. Jake's box has been around the world and has made it back within 10 miles or so of it's starting point. I invited a couple of my space/astronomer friends over last night for the box opening ceremony. Wow! A whole bunch of neat things in there! I haven't decided what to take and replace yet, but I'll keep everyone posted. I have a photo of the contents that I'll try to post here later.Tom -Current host to the famous CollectSpace box.

Hi guys, I've got the goody box right now and have been slacking a little bit. I'll go through it carefully this weekend take a few things, and find a few other things from my collection to trade with. I'll get this thing back on it journey early next week. I promise! Ok, I went through the box of goodies and took and replaced a few things. The things I put in there were the following: - A couple small Apollo 13 Imax movie posters - Gi-Joe Buzz Aldrin (Sorry I don't have the helmet for him, but I hear it looks realy bad) - Buzz Aldrin signed copy of his book "The Return". I read most of the book, but just never really got into it, so I figured I'd pass it along. - A couple issues of the old "Countdown" space shuttle magazine that used to be published about 10+ years ago. - and a few other things that I can't remember at the moment. I'll have the box in the mail to Chris this afternoon. Tom |
