Has anyone heard anything on the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation's Space Rendezvous for the fall of 2019?

I think you will hear some news after the Celebrating Apollo event (12-14 July) ends.

I don't believe there will be a SR2019 this year. I think the hope had been to piggyback on the Association of Space Explorers (ASE) gathering in Houston to celebrate Apollo 11 but I think the logistics (hotels, venues, etc.) of two large gatherings might have made that undoable. I'm sure we'll hear soon.

Has there been any update as to whether or not there is going to be an event this year? Attendees need to start planning soon if there is going to be an event.

I hate to be the one to deliver bad news but I have been told that there will not be a ASF Astronaut Rendezvous this year due to a lot of Apollo 11 events and for other reasons. I was told to look forward to next year's ASF Space Rendezvous — it should be a great one!!

No surprise but I wish it had been announced officially a lot earlier.
