From SpaceX (via Twitter):
The Dragon spacecraft supporting SpaceX's 21st cargo resupply mission to the International Space Station departed our Hawthorne factory last week for Florida. This will be the first flight of the upgraded cargo version of Dragon, which is able to carry 50% more science payloads than the previous version of Dragon.

The scheduled departure of SpaceX's CRS-21 Dragon today (Jan. 11) has been delayed at least a day due to weather concerns off the Florida coast.

Update: SpaceX's CRS-21 Dragon successfully departed the space station on Tuesday (Jan. 12) and is expected to splash down off the coast of Tampa, Florida on Wednesday at about 8:27 p.m. EST (0127 GMT Jan. 14).

From NASA pilot Tony Casey (via Twitter), who will be flying back seat:
NASA's WB-57 will be filming the CRS-21 Dragon capsule return. Might even get to see some live feed on NASA or SpaceX YouTube.
