I am unable to find a reference for COSPAR object 2019-079C and wondering what type of rocket or satellite it refers to. Apparently this is video of its re-entry.

Here is the Aerospace Corporation's re-entry report for 2019-079C.

It is identified as the spent body of the Russian Soyuz-2.1v rocket that launched the Cosmos-2542 military satellite from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome on Nov. 25, 2019.

All times are CT (US)
