I fax requests to the following two places.

for Astro Portraits

ATTN: Christine
NASA-JSC, Mail Code CB
2101 NASA Road 1
Houston, TX 77058
(281) 244-8871
FAX (281) 244-8873

for Crew Portraits

ISC
NASA-JSC
2101 NASA Road 1
Houston, TX 77058
(281) 483-8676
FAX (281) 483-4559

The one thing I am still looking for though is where to get the other lithos. That is liftoffs, moonwalks, spacewalks, orbital shots etc...

Any help with that would be appreciated.
(Maybe it is one of the above sites and I am just asking them the wrong way!)

Hey Doug.....
What type of liftoff lithos are you looking for? Shuttle or Apollo, etc? Just curious as I have gotten a few from JSC. I don't remember off hand what the addy was though.
If absolutely needed I could always scan some of them and send the scans your way so you could reproduce them.
Take care!!!

Doug:

You might want to try KSC. Many many years ago I would send requests to them for info and lithos and every once in awhile they would send me something. Usually the common lithos. You may want to try Edwards since it is the NASA center in your region.

Good luck!

Let's just say it's "Buyer Beware " on ebay these days. You can get some decent deals from time to time, but with autographs you have to watch out.

On the eBay authenticity.....

When you are looking for lithos...make sure it says lithos, or NASA photos with a description on the back. Sometimes the seller will list the litho's number. That is if you are looking for official NASA lithos or NASA photo releases. I mention this because sometimes eBay sellers will sell reproduction photos, and advertise them as NASA photos. ( I prefer collecting official NASA lithos and photos, whether they are to be signed, or not).

Autographs are another story. I would advise learning a little more about astronaut's autograph tendencies, autopens, and common fakes before I started spending money on eBay.
