Hey guys--I subscribed to Space Illustrated in April. I got the Feb-March issue in the mail about 5 weeks later. I paid for the subscription and have received nothing more. Whats up? Has anyone else had this prob? Who should I call? to take care of this? Your help would be appreciated.

I called the SPACE ILLUSTRATED Customer Service Department a couple of weeks ago and they said the magazine was having "production problems."
I received one issue too, but I only received the cover. The contents of the magazine disappeared in the hands of the USPS.

Sorry for the bad news. I should call them again and ask if I can get a refund. Hope this helps.

Jeff

I would recommend patience. I have two articles in the next issue of Space Illustrated, which will mail in July. I am currently working on another article for the issue to follow.

Space Illustrated is now a quarterly magazine. All subscriptions have been adjusted appropriately (in other words, you will still receive six issues).

After about a month, I got a reply in email:

"Thank you for your email.

You may have experienced some delays in receiving your issues and I'd like
to apologize and explain why. After launching SPACE Illustrated, we realized
after the first few issues that improvements could be made to the design and
production quality of our magazine. For the past few months we have been
working hard on those improvements in order to create a magazine that meets
the outstanding design and quality standards our readers deserve. We are
confident you will be pleased with the results.

To assure the content richness you are entitled to expect, SPACE Illustrated
will now be published quarterly. If you subscribed to receive six issues
during our first year of publication, your subscription will be extended to
include all of those issues. And, to thank you for your loyalty and support,
we are extending your subscription to include one additional issue of SPACE
Illustrated. There is no action required on your part to accept this offer.
A bonus issue will be automatically added to your subscription at the end of
its current term.

As a subscriber, you should be receiving the next issue of SPACE Illustrated
magazine by the third week in July. If I can be of any further assistance,
please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

Warm regards,
T. McNally"
