My father's oil painting, "The Great Moment" is now available as a limited edition numbered canvas print.

For the 30th anniversary of the moon landing my father (Paul Calle) and I (Chris Calle) produced a large 46x38" canvas print cropped version of his 4x8' painting. Over the years I have been asked if we could issue a smaller version of this classic image of Neil Armstrong stepping onto the Lunar surface for the first time. That canvas print is now available.

On July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin took man's first steps onto another world at the Sea of Tranquility on the Moon. My oil painting, "First Step" depicts the iconic image of an Apollo boot print on the Moon.

This acrylic painting image was used for the 1969 FIRST MAN ON THE MOON United States postage stamp and has become an iconic image representing the Apollo 11 moon landing.

Chris beautifully captures the reflection of Commander Neil Armstrong on Buzz Aldrins visor (one of only two images of Neil documented on the moons surface) and uniquely the only way both pioneer moonwalkers could be portrayed in one shot.
