Does anyone have hardcover copies of "Results of the Second US Manned Suborbital Space Flight" (Grissom) or "Mercury Project Summary Including Results of the Fourth Manned Orbital Flight" (Cooper)?I have the other four Mercury Reports in a blue hardcover binding and would be interested in finding the two mentioned above to complete the set. |

I was not aware that these came in a hardbound edition. I have the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th results, but all are bound in a thick blue cardstock type cover, not a true hardback. Also what are the others after the Mercury Project Summary including Results of the Fourth Manned Orbital Flight? |

These are the same documents as the softcover but are bound in a blue hardcover binding. It is believed that there are around 30 hardbound copies of each report.Not sure what you mean by what comes after the Cooper document. This is one of the very few for sale at the moment. Hope that helps. |

You had said that you were looking for the Grissom and Cooper in hardback. You had the other four and needed these two to complete your set. So I was wondering what the others were. |

Same as the softcover reports: - Results of the First US Manned Suborbital Space Flight (Shepard)
- Results of the Second US Manned Suborbital Space Flight (Grissom)
- Results of the First US Manned Orbital Space Flight (Glenn)
- Results of the Second US Manned Orbital Space Flight (Carpenter)
- Results of the Third US Manned Orbital Space Flight (Schirra)
- Mercury Project Summary Including Results of the Fourth Manned Orbital Flight (Cooper).
As mentioned above, exactly the same as the softcover versions but hardcover bound in blue cloth. I have the Shepard, Glenn, Carpenter and Schirra in hardcover. I am looking for the Grissom and Cooper to complete the set in hardcover. |

Well I guess I need copies of the two suborbital flights and of course one of Ham's if there is one. Anyone got extras? Hardback not needed. |

I have hardcover versions of all of the books mentioned above (the manned suborbital and orbital flights) plus hardcover versions of the following: - Results of the Big Joe Mission
- Results of Mercury Chimpanzee Flights
- Project Mercury Chronology
- Space Medicine in Project Mercury
All are bound in a blue cloth with silver embossed lettering and the NASA logo.I believe that I have the entire set, with the second, third and fourth orbital flight books signed by Carpenter, Schirra and Cooper. I also have the books "Space Medicine in Project Mercury" and "Project Mercury Chronology" signed by Schirra. I recall that when I had Schirra sign the book for his mission and the other two books he mentioned that he had never seen hardcover versions of those books before. |
