Just a quick message to announce that the Gemini 6 image disc is finished. This disc is dedicated to the original Gemini 6/Agena rendezvous mission that astronauts Schirra and Stafford had planned for October 25, 1965. The flight did not go off as originally scheduled: the Agena ended up in the ocean and Gemini 6 soon became the other half of the historic rendezvous mission with Gemini 7.This disc contains a great selection of 650 images that show the preparation and scrub of the original Gemini 6. The Gemini 6A mission will soon be covered on a disc combined with Gemini 7. There was so much material in the files for the original planned Gemini 6 mission that we felt it deserved a disc of its own.

Just out of interest how long would it take for one of these discs to be delivered to the UK? |

The Skylab 1 hi-res image disc is now available for purchase on the Retro Space Images website. There are approximately 475 images that cover early development, hardware delivery to KSC, launch preps, launch and station demise over Australia in 1979. Also included are 80 images from SMEAT. |

The Skylab 3 Hi-Res Image disc is now available on the Retro Space Images website. Price is $24.95 for approximately 450 images. Skylab 1, 2 and 3 are now done. Should have Skylab 4 done in 30-45 days.  |

I ordered the first 2 Skylab discs and I must say they are amazing. Well done JL and Ed! Worth every cent. |

The Gemini 8 hi-res image disc is now finished and available for purchase on the Retro Space Images website. I will also have this disc available for purchase at Spacefest.   Next up will be Wally Schirra's MA-8 mission. Hope to have that finished in 4-6 weeks. Quick additional note - you can now purchase the image discs with your credit card without going thru PayPal. I have noticed there is a certain percentage of people who choose not to sign up. That is no longer an issue. |

Just a quick post to advise that the Gemini 10 and Alan Shepard Hi-Res Image Discs are now available for purchase on the website.
Gemini 11 and Gemini 12 should be finished in the next 6 weeks. Then back to work on the Project Mercury and Project Apollo development and unmanned images.
Also doing preliminary design work on a Cape Mercury Control Center acrylic... stay tuned.
And... book coming along nicely. Preparing to turn things over to the publisher. Look for this later in 2013.    |

The Gemini 12 Hi-Res image disc is now available for purchase at the Retro Space Images website.This completes the discs from MR-3 thru STS-26. A total of (approximately) 41,050 images on 59 discs. Working on Project Mercury Development disc now. This will also inlcude the unmanned Redstone and Atlas missions.   |
