Actually Matt it's your lucky day!You won't believe this but it just so happens that I've inherited a picture today that's worth $100,000 according to my friend in the post office.
Now obviously I wouldn't normally sell anything for half its estimated value but given that you've apparently come into an unexpected windfall of $50,000 and that you're obviously a man with an eye for a bargain I think I'll let you have this picture for JUST $50,000!
If you buy it now you'll actually be SAVING $50,000! Think about that!
I'm afraid I can't post a picture of it or anything because sadly my scanner just broke but obviously you're used to selling and buying stuff of this value sight-unseen based on unsubstantiated third party valuations so I'm sure this won't be a problem.
Anyway, just send me a check and as soon as it's cashed I'll mail you the picture.
(By the way if on reception of the picture you feel that it's NOT in fact worth $50,000 - sorry, it's the fault of my friend in the post office! I'll obviously have a word with him about his valuation in this case but sadly I can't refund any money. I'm sure you'll understand.)
