I just spotted this in Sightings and wondered whether anyone has any info or is planning on attending. The website is a bit vague on who can attend and price.Paul Bramley |

If John Glenn gives a speech in Thousand Oaks on Feb 15 at 8 pm, how can he show up in Brussels on Feb 16 at 8.30 am, only 3 and a half hours later? And later that day he delivers a speech in Pasadena. Does anyone know whether Harrison Schmitt will be in Brussels? Apparently he's invited, but up to now not on the speakers list. Thanks Lothar

On the first program I saw, Schmitt was mentioned as "invited", on the last program the word "invited" is left away....Dirk |

Hi, I try to be there on wednesday, but I think sad enough Glenn and Schmitt may not show up. It looks a bit confusing: They are on the program schedule but not on the speakers´ list. Anyone with more information? Chris |

I've tried, but you have to be invited to get there. And invitations were issued until last thursday. I've been there last saturday and saw 8 astronauts. http://www.habitablezone.com/space/messages/369780.html ------------------ 51d12m22sN-4d25m14sE |
