Space Cover #276: Apollo Soyuz Test Project anniversary

With the 40th anniversary of the Apollo Soyuz Test Project (ASTP) launch coming up in 2015, I thought I'd show a series of covers that was autographed by various project officials.

This cover is an ASTP launch cover with NASA rubber stamp cancel (RSC) was autographed by Operations Director John Holcomb; Senior Planner Launch Operations Division Clyde Netheron; Chief Test Integration Branch Arthur Griffin; Program Director Chester Lee; Deputy Program Director Bob Aller; Director Engineering Charles King; Director Reliability and Safety Paul Davies; and Director Budget and Control John Kelly.

Most of the various project officials were very receptive to autograph requests. What I plan to do is to highlight the many behind the scenes people who made ASTP a success.
