Hi,does anybody know or is aware of any postal history of the USPS rates from 1986 ? Maybe there's anything on the Internet somewhere...tried Google already but didn't find anything. Thanks for any help Florian |

Florian--How are you? I can locate that info for you (i.e. 1986 postal rates), however, are you trying to locate international rates, US-only, or just plain everything for that year when Shuttle 51-L/Challenger went down, and throughout the rest of the year? At the beginning of the year, US-first class rates started at $0.18. Let me know how much you need and if anyone does have access to an online USPS website with postal rates, please let Florian know. |

Thanks Ken for the fast reply.I'd be specifically interested in the postal rates USA - Europe for Insured mail at the time of the Challenger disaster. We are currently sorting out some covers here where we believe the stamps on the envelopes are not correct. Thanks for any information you can share with us. Florian | |
