I just received my limited edition patch (no. 82 of 118).

The patch has two embedded labels. The normal retail label with AB Emblem crown (417080 10/19 20) and the larger commemorative label as noted upthread.

The patch also comes with a letter of authenticity.

It looks like AB Emblem have used a different smaller numbered label from the ones shown previously in the earlier photograph, and on the WLOS video clip. It has three extra names on, Kim, Lynn and Megan. Now has 16 names in three rows. Previously 13 names in four rows. The label is definitely much smaller.

It is good to see they have found space for the normal embedded label with SKU 417080 and 10/19 20 date code.

Many thanks for that information. I haven't received my patches as yet so I don't know the patch numbers. My order was #7162 so I expect my patch numbers to be in the 50's? (52 and 53 received).

I was told patch numbers #1 through to #40 were held back for presentation pieces and collectors would get #41 through to #118. There are currently just (15)(12) 7 limited edition patches left for sale.

Many thanks for letting us know your patch number. The patch numbers I have received are 52 and 53.

I will also say the package they both came in was quite badly damaged at the bottom left side/corner, so both letters of authenticity within are also damaged. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Currently at this time there are just 6 of these patches still available to buy.

All 78 of the limited edition patches set aside for collectors have now all sold out from the AB Emblem website a short while ago. This took just five days, and four hours to do this.

I wonder who bought the 118 of 118 patch? (If it wasn't held back)?

Well, after giving it some thought I reconsidered and purchased one of the limited edition patches. Having seen both up close, the limited edition looks better in my opinion. The silver border matches up better with the silver in the solar array truss in the middle of the patch. I received my order confirmation (#7256) at 11:12 AM Pacific Time, shortly before your post Kevin. I don’t think I ended up with the last one, but I guess it all depends upon when AB Emblem fills the orders. We’ll see....

I received #56 of 188, order #7164. FedEx delivered mine during a rainstorm by shoving it under my garage door. Rainwater thoroughly soaked the package, but fortunately the patch was only slightly damp. Unfortunately the letter of authenticity was wet and torn. I contacted AB Emblem and they will be sending me a replacement letter of authenticity.

Terrible, but glad to hear that they will be replacing the letter. Thankfully, the patch was relatively undamaged.

Wonder what would happen if yours, or someone else's patch would have been damaged during transit? Most likely an apology and a refund? Hopefully, no one else has a similar or worse experience.

Gosh! My two creases along the bottom left hand side of my letters of authenticity pales into insignificance compared to yours. Also I note there is just one order #7163 for the two patch numbers 54 and 55 between us, and Tallpaul followed you with order #7165 with patch numbers 57 and 58.

Bryan many thanks for the details of your two orders four minutes apart. It looks like you made the first order #7153 at 11:01am on 28th October, thus acquiring the lowest numbered patch that was put aside for us collectors, #40 of 118. Well done.

I'm expecting mine tomorrow, but will be out of town for two weeks.

FedEx consistently leaves my packages on the ground where they are soaked by the rain, right below a delivery direction sign next to a raised porch.

Just received my First All Women Space Walk Limited Edition patch, #91 of #118 and a non-limited edition version of the patch. Put in another order when there were only a few limited patches left for a limited patch and an Expedition 61 patch.

It is looking like patch number #118 of 118 was not included in the batch allocated to us collectors. I have been told that the last order placed for the final two patches available from the AB Emblem website received numbers #115 and #116 of 118.

So Paul, although your order number was three back from the final order, it looks like you received the last patch from the ones allocated to us collectors?

Thanks Kevin. Well, the plot thickens. I have an email into AB Emblem to get a better breakdown of what was held back vs. what was released to the public. I'll update the group if I receive a response.

I just spoke with a representative a short while ago re: the limited edition version. He said that 40 were held back (#’s 1-39 and 118), and 78 were made available to the public (#’s 40-117). Kevin, you were correct about #117 being the last one sold to the public.

Congrats and keep up the awesome work Tim! I can see a few other firsts coming down the road... first woman to land on the moon, first human to an asteroid, first human(s) to Mars, etc. You've got some more work to do.

Tim can I ask, does your patch have the first larger label with 13 names on it, or the second revised smaller label with 16 names on it? Many thanks.

Kevin I apologize for the delay in answering your question.

My limited edition (#7) has both stickers. The small one that the souvenir patch has and the larger one that has the 16 names of the ladies involved in manufacture.

Many thanks for your reply Tim. Your answer means that the larger 13 named labels seen being produced and numbered in the photo, and on the video clip posted by Robert earlier on in this thread, were all discarded and replaced by the slightly smaller 16 named labels on patches which were held back for presentation use (numbers 1 through to 39 and 118), as well as patches numbed 40 through to 117 for us collectors.

So none of the larger 13 named labels were used on any of the final 118 patches produced.

AB Emblem have just put up for sale five leftovers of the limited edition version of these patches on their website. I am not sure if these are from the "collector batch" or the "presentation batch" of patches? Maybe some from both?

Also AB Emblem have added a batch of ten of the non limited edition version with a manufacturing error described as:

These are an early manufacturing error, border was over-locked in wrong color (Grey).
These patches have the SKU patch design number 417248-A. The date code is now confirmed as 10/19 20.

Update: All ten of the colour error patches have now sold out in just half a day.

All five left over patches of the limited edition version have now sold out in just over two days. Now deleted from their website. If any cS members have managed to buy any of these five patches, I would be interested to know the patch numbers they have? Many thanks.

Many thanks for that information David. That means you received one from the batch set aside for presentation use. I wonder if the other four limited edition patches sold this month are from that presentation batch too?

I think some of the patches were returned by customers because they thought they were overpriced. I know of one person who did (not me). I am just trying to sell one for what I put into it,

I’m not a patch collector, but at some point I would think that the ten colour error patches may be more collectible than the limited edition patches.

Many thanks for that information.

I now know who returned patch number 115, he kept number 116. That now leaves three other leftovers we don't know which batch they came from or the numbers on them?
