The two books "Human Space Flight: Mission Patch Handbook" by AeroGraphics and "Design for Space: Soviet and Russian Mission Patches" by Alexander Glushko describe various mission emblems. I have now summarized the mission patches for the Apollo Soyuz Test Project, Soyuz/Mir and Soyuz/International Space Station (2000 to 2017) in "International Patch Handbook."
