Not my auction, but eBay 222173204577 has a "crew photo" signed by all except Don Cheadle from "Mission To Mars" (here called "Mission From Mars") with a nice look at the mission patch.

Just saw a funny LetGo commerical and noticed the patch on one of the crew's suits. Looks as if it says "Low Earth Orbit", "LEO", and "Space Suit". Does a better image of this patch exist somewhere?

Interesting patch from the recent kids film "Capture The Flag" (Yep, I watched it):

Quite by accident, I came across this 2001 Discovery patch available from AB Emblem. It appears quite a bit more ornate than the ones worn in the film, but I really like it.

Me too!

This patch is a replica of the mission patch worn throughout the movie. Made in the Apollo Era style, using gold metallic embroidery. This replica was designed with the help and insight of space enthusiast Brian Mix, and the art was re-drawn by Michael Davis. Thanks Brian and Michael!!

I have been a fan of Stephen Baxter's novel Voyage for quite some time. For the last two years, I have been building models and creating photos and documents that chronicles the mission of Ares to Mars in 1985 and 86 in his alternate history. With the help of Tim Gagnon and Bill Coukoulis Jr., I have come up with a patch based on the description in the book (see this thread for details).

Here it is on a litho of the launch.

And here are the actual patches I had made.

As seen on eBay (391673396534), a nice still from the movie "Meteor," with a nice (but unfortunately not clear) look at their NASA mission patch.
