Who produces the models of the lunar module and the lunar rover that are occasionally seen in Omega watch dealers displays?

(I'm sorry if it's already been discussed, but I didn't find the answer looking through cS.)

I would bet it was Pascal Hecker. I know he has done a 1/6th astronaut alongside an Omega watch that was displayed in the store window in NY.

What scale are the ones you have seen (approximately)?

I would say around 1/50. There's a pic here.

Just spoke to an Omega dealer. He said official Omega dealers can buy the model from Omega as part of the dealers advertising arrangement.

From what the dealer I talked to knew, Omega have the models made exclusively, but he didn't know where.

The LM looks as the Code 3 version. I prefer more a astronaut by the watch, astronauts wear it.

I agree with Pascal, the LM is a Code 3 model. The gold/copper colored stripes around the antenna support arms, the ascent stage coloring and the S-band and rendezvous antenna config confirm the model maker.

The LM is a Code 3 model, or a model created from the same mold. I own this model and it looks exactly like the one in the above linked photo.
