Fantastic work Steve! Your models are always so clean and beautifully and accurately painted. That Vostok looks to be right at home in what looks to be an impressive collection. Well rendered!!!

Steve's work puts the "real" look into these Realspace models. Great addition to your collection.

I have had the pleasure of talking to Steve on the phone and he is a great guy.

I hope that my models one day will be as amazing as his!

I just received my John Glenn bust painted by Steve, and it in incredible. You really do have to see these to believe the detail. A sharpie and tiny zipper on the left sleeve... I'm recovering from surgery but will post pictures soon. Thanks Stephen!!

Beautiful work Steve! The realism on the busts and the amazing detail in the 1:48 CSM is really incredible. And it looks like both pieces found homes in beautiful collections!

Here's a better view of Steve's RealSpace CSM. Steve also did the Monogram LM a few years back, and the Revell Gemini that can just be seen below the LM.

When I built my first 1:24 CSM and did a dry fit of the components of the "business end," I thought that it looked like a little display piece in itself. So, I ordered up some more of the 3D printed parts and asked Steve if he would build one up for me for a diorama that focused on the SPS.

As usual, he did a beautiful job! I mounted it on a wooden base and added in the figure for scale, and this ended up being a nice little display. Thanks Steve! (More pics here.)

I have been corresponding with Steve via email for quite a few years, but today I finally had the pleasure of meeting him in the flesh! And it was well worth the wait. Steve and I met at a place about midway between our homes, so he could deliver (and I could pick up) two new models: a Vostok R-7, and the most beautiful LK Lander I could hope for. Here they are, safe at home.

Today I received my Fantastic Plastic 1:48 LK built by Steve and I am absolutely blown away. The craftsmanship is truly remarkable. The pictures are nothing compared to how great she looks in person.

Another model of Steve's that I would like to share is a 1:1 Apollo RCS engine. Once again, simply stunning. The only thing that would make me happier is if I owned the real hardware itself!

Here are a few pictures of Space Helmet Models' Moonwalker. Shaded and highlighted with oil paints to depict Gene Cernan, he belongs to a fellow cS'er who is building a base for him.

Another beauty. I think Steve was the first to paint a reflected scene onto a visor.

Steve, this is a great looking piece! It's very difficult to show depth in anything that's painted white, but you've done it very successfully. And the "reflection" in the visor, as always, is nicely executed. You really brought that sculpture to life- beautifully done!

A while back I bought a desktop pen holder with a Gemini 8 heat shield acrylic from the son of a long-time McDonnell employee. There were no pen holders attached, though, just bare screws. I had Steve build a pair of beauties, a Gemini-Titan, and an Atlas-Agena, and made this:
