The red Bible can be seen in photo AS15-88-11901.

A portrait of James Irwin and "100 2-dollar bills" are also on the Apollo 15 list. $200 in cash is still on the moon? I can't imagine the plan was to leave those bills there.

Scott and Irwin forgot to transfer their personal preference kits (PPKs) into the command module before jettisoning the lunar module. As a result, their mementos crashed back to the moon with the LM.

Armstrong's overshoes weren't the first manmade item to get there, you have to consider the probes launched beforehand. And for that matter, Apollo 11's LEM footpads of course got there before ol' Neil got down the ladder.
