In following the various auctions over the past few years, I've seen multiple items from most of the Apollo astronauts. However, I don't seem to recall anything from the "personal collection" of Armstrong. Has anyone come across anything from his personal collection?

To my understanding, Armstrong has never released--either in private or publically--the contents from his personal kits, yet alone, had anything for sale or auctioned off. He considered it a private affair.

Come to think of it, I'm personally yet to see anything from the collections of Eisele, Borman, Anders, McDivitt, Schweikhart, Scott, Young, Swigert, Shepard, Roosa, Mattingly, Evans and finally Schmitt.

Has anyone out there seen any items or even own anything?

Scott has sold quite a few items on Novaspace.

There's been some stuff of Eisele's on eBay recently, but the documentation of it's flown status was a little vague for my tastes.

Good observation, but as it was pointed out, Scott indeed has had material available, and privately from Evans, Roosa and Shepard, but never sold from Shepard.

I completly forgot about the LRV plates and U.S bills on Novaspace! Still I haven't seen any Apollo 9 items.

All times are CT (US)
