Custom "Mail-in" signing Vladimir Kovalyonok and Sigmund Jähn at the Astrophil 2013 show at Berlin, April 12th-14th 2013

For those who can't participate in our astrophilatelic show "Astrophil 2013" at Berlin we offer the opportunity to get your items signed by Vladimir Kovalyonok and Sigmund Jähn through the mail —

Autographs are available for a $15 or 10 Euro donation per autograph plus postage.

Details:

• All autograph requests need to be received by April 5th 2013 here in Germany. Please send to: Florian Noller, Postfach 1249, 71256 Weil der Stadt, Germany.

  Please use the small green CN22 sticker for customs declaration available at your post office, clearly indicate "gift" and "photographs/covers" with no value (this only concerns entries from non EU-countries).

• Only flat items such as photographs, covers, stamps, magazine covers etc. are accepted

• Return postage is $5/4Euro regular airmail or $10/8 Euro registered airmail for shipments up to 500 grams of weight — we can't be held responsible for losses in the mail. Insured mail is available on request.

• Please provide a self-addressed return envelope — do NOT put any stamps on it

• Please email us at contact@spaceflori.com in advance if you are going to send anything

• If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email us in advance under the same email address

• All requests will be shipped back within two weeks following the end of the event . For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, you are responsible for any customs duties (a CN22 form will be applied by us, though)

• There is no limit to the number of items that can be signed. Still, please contact us beforehand if you wish to send more than a total of 10 items.

• If a cosmonaut cancels his participation in the show last minute, your items will be returned, incl. your payment, but except postage costs

• Payment is requested in cash along with the autograph request, no payments by check or paypal are being accepted
