Is it just me, or is it a lot harder to use eBay these days?

Between 2000 and 2005 I bought 53 items (all space-related) on eBay. I bought one more item in 2008, then I got a new computer and a new broadband email address.

Now I can't use eBay because I don't have a PayPal account any more. Trying to navigate the labyrinth of drop-down menus and message sites has left me with a headache.

So is it just me? I feel the need for a nice holiday, maybe Chicxulub...
