I can still reach the web site, but I no longer see a link with a label to the effect of "click here to enter the archives." I've tried two different browsers under two different operating systems.

It has been disabled pending an assessment of compliance with U.S. Department of State ITAR policy.

When I emailed in its regard, I was told that it would likely be available "early next week."

I just received an email from UAH indicating that agentdc.uah.edu, the back end to www.ussrc.uah.edu, is back up. I verified that the search engine works and serves documents.
I see that the U.S. Space & Rocket Center Archives' front end has not yet been restored, but apparently the web master has been authorized to restore the front end "splash page."
