From a posting on sci.space.history in 2001, I've learned of a joint Chrysler-North American proposal from 1967 for the use of a Saturn IB plus Apollo service module as a launch vehicle for geosynchronous payloads.

Several participants in the 2001 discussion received copies of the proposal from Justin Wigg in Austrailia.

Would anyone know where I could get my hands on a copy?
