Just picked up a larger Apollo 17 display dedicated to Cy Askins. Any info on Cy Askins?

Perhaps it was signed to a relative of Barbara Askins. She joined NASA a bit after the Apollo program, but it's the closest I could find.

I thought about Barbara Askins but she joined NASA in 1975. The back of the frame has an "April 1973" note by the frame company.
