Saw this on eBay and was wondering what it is and thoughts on price point.

Fred I'm thinking this might have been something used for flow testing on an air bench or similar. The composite combustion chamber does not seem likely to hold up to actual firing.
I have experience with automotive composites and they burn at around 500F. That doesn't seem high enough for a thruster or rocket motor.
The price seems high too but that's just my opinion.

Its an ablative nozzle intended for a single ignition discharge; filament wound/composite nozzles of this general design are relatively common, particularly for weapons applications.
