Does anyone out there in cS-world have any photos or image scans that I can borrow from the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame in Titusville, FL, depicting the Apollo 11 Mania memorabilia collection?

The nearly 300-piece displayed collection consisted of mainly original or vintage-era Apollo memorabilia from man's first lunar landing mission in 1969.

I would also be happy to purchase any available photos or email image scans.
My earlier photos of the collection assortment were taken in 1997 and again
around the early 2000's, however, I am having some difficultly in trying to locate those photo files. Thank you very much!

I snapped a few from about 2003 until it’s closing. Now... to locate them for you. I’ll be in touch.

I might have some Ken, give me a few days to take a look through my slides. I do remember taking some photos of the big table top display case.

Ditto Ken. I may have some images but will take a day or two to find them.

Ken, did you get your material back or has the items in the display disappeared into the bowels of the DNC basement?

Best of luck in getting all your material back.

Thanks J.L. and Rick for providing the AHOF Apollo 11 memorabilia collection display photo-scans. They were greatly appreciated and all of them were just superb images; Thank you both again so much!

Let me also thank Joel and Jason for their help as well in trying to provide some photos later on as I'll be looking forward to them. Your kindness is much appreciated.

To answer Larry's question, Yes, I did acquire the entire collection back in 2017 after another 5-year contract with DNC and the ASF had expired.

There was some discussion of possibly keeping and displaying the nearly 300-piece collection at the Apollo/Saturn V Center, however, after having it on public display at the former AHOF facility since the Apollo astronauts' induction in 1997,
I thought it would be best to close-out the collection after 20 years.

All times are CT (US)
