The map looks like it has been cut down to a smaller size than the one shown on the COA. What happened to the left 1/3 or so? |

The letter on the left and the map are in focus, but yet the COA on the right is a fuzzy mess. |

Yes, I noticed the very blurry Moonpans COA as well. It's pretty clear that this is the surviving section of that Apollo 12 map that was cut up into 1" squares for sale on eBay a while back. You can read the cS discussion about this here. If you click on the picture of the map (in the seller's post), you can see that it was uploaded by a user with the name "SignaturistInk" — the same user name the cut segments were being sold under. So, I guess we know where the other 1/3 went. Too bad — it was a nice item... Assuming this is the case, it should be noted in the item description that the page is not complete, and has been altered from the state it was in when the COAs were issued. Of course the item remains "flown," but it's now only a partial map. |

Excellent detective work. This is sad. |

Yes, very sad to see the missing left side, which should be mentioned in the description. As for the blurred COA that seems to be a camera issue, because if you look at the full hi-res image, the wooden background is also blurred on the right side, and is not blurred on the left. |
