Today on Servus TV - Neil Armstrong as a guest on "Talk at Hangar-7" Neil Armstrong speaks on his 80th birthday in an exclusive, detailed and emotional interview on ServusTV about the moon landing - after 41 years of media reluctance to be on the greatest television show in the world! On 21 July 1969, the world held its breath, as more than 600 million people watched the event live on the screens at home. Neil Armstrong became the first man set foot on the moon. More than four decades later, Armstrong and Alexei Leonov meet, American candidate for the moon landing and the first man who was floating in space, the first time in public together - a touching moment. Other guests, hosted by Frank Schirrmacher, include Felix Baumgartner, Harald Lesch, and Thomas Reiter. |

Its great to see Alexei Leonov looking so perky after his recent healths worries. A good sight. |

Neil's birthday present for us (at least for those who speak German) is his appearance in an Austrian TV talk show, together with Alexei Leonov and Thomas Reiter. Click on the image to watch the 97 minute video.Editor's note: Threads merged.

Thanks for this info. Neil and Alexei look great!By the way, here in the U.S., the moon landing was on July 20th, not the 21st. |

It would be great if this were shown on TV here in Britain. Unfortunately our channels seem obsessed with cooking shows though! |
