ESA's ATV-2 "Johannes Kepler" insignia

Scheduled for launch in November 2010 February 2011, ATV Johannes Kepler is Europe's second Automated Transfer Vehicle (ATV), an unmanned cargo spacecraft for the International Space Station (ISS).

ATV-2, named after the German astronomer and mathematician, is currently being assembled in Bremen by the European industrial consortium lead by EADS Astrium.

ATV-2 is now leaving Europe.

ATV-2 Johannes Kepler is now being shipped from Europe to the Spaceport in Kourou, French Guyana. In commemoration ESA has issued the new patch, together with some small give-aways.

In the picture you find the patch, candy, a bracelet made of rubber, a pen and a cloth bag.
