I think it is EG&G, a Shuttle contractor at KSC.

That sure doesn't have a very "NASA" look to it...Non-American designs have often tended to be more avant-garde or stylistically abstract than ours.

Just a shot in the dark, but might it be Buran-related..?

There are SSME's on it. It is EG&G.
