Which space shuttle mission or astronaut was the last wearing or carrying the "sleep shorts" (like this one on the Artifacts section)?

I own a pair of these, sized for a small woman, acquired at one of the auction houses.

Wouldn't this take place on the final shuttle mission? Another thought, do they use these on the ISS? In that case they might be used for many more years.

As far as I have seen, now astronauts use shorts without the Velcro strips or with the Velcro strips in different shapes (wider pieces) and different places (closer to the lower end of the frontal section).

By the way, you don't see these socks any longer.

My mom is so awesome, she got me a pair of those slipper socks for a birthday or Christmas when I was a kid. They're scratchy.
