Search Committee Formed To Fill Cosmosphere President Position
A national search committee has been assembled to fill the position of president and CEO for the Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center. The search committee consisting of five Cosmosphere Governing and Foundation board members is taking qualified applicants at this time.
Jeff Ollenburger, President and CEO since 2002, announced earlier in October that he would be resigning from the museum to take a management position with American Packaging based in South Hutchinson. Ollenburger said he’d be willing to remain at the helm until such time a successor was named.
The search committee consists of Tom Sellers, David Wierengo, Kim Corcoran, Ann Brown and Laura Churchley. The board will review applications upon their receipt.
