Who has some favorite space podcasts? I thought it might be a good idea to share our picks in one place. I’ll get it started: I am a big fan of BBC World Service's "13 Minutes to the Moon." The first season is all about Apollo 11; the second about Apollo 13. The interviews, story telling, and production value are all top notch. What are your favorites? |

Great idea! Yes, that series is fantastic, isn’t it!?! I've just listened to an excellent podcast on Deke Slayton and his son is interviewed on it: Space And Things. |

Space Rocket History: By far the best of the 'historical' podcasts, covering the period chronologically from ancient times to the most recent episode, on the start of the Skylab program. Excellent audio clips throughout. The Apollo 204/1 fire episodes were memorable (and respectful). Michael Annis, the writer and presenter, is a retired engineer and is very knowledgeable. | |
