Space City Films' documentary, "EVA 23," recounts Italian astronaut Luca Parmitano's 2013 spacewalk that was cut short when his helmet filled with water, nearly drowning him. The movie discusses why it happened, how he responded and what NASA has learned about working in low Earth orbit.
From Parmitano on Twitter:
Spoiler alert: the astronaut survives...
Space Center Houston will host the premiere of "EVA 23" on July 14, followed by a Q&A with Parmitano, fellow astronaut Chris Cassidy and former ISS Chief Engineer Chris Hansen.

Does anyone know when and where it may be available for the public to see it? I have reached out to Space Center Houston and Space City Films but no response as yet.
