Can anybody tell me: did Kniga put out any Soyuz 11 covers signed by the cosmonauts? And, if the answer is no, widening the question, are there any known genuine Georgy Dobrovolsky or Viktor Patsayev signatures on any philatelic material at all? |

No, Kniga didn't produce any crew signed Soyuz 11 covers. At the time rookie cosmonauts weren't known for autographing anything till after their first flight. Because of this the only legitimate items signed by Dobrovolsky and Patsayev are probably in the possession of family members and Russian museums. |

I never came across a philatelic item which was genuinely signed by Dobrovolski and/or Patsayev. |

Both Mark and Walter have said it very well concerning the (non)existence of authentic collector material autographed by the doomed Soyuz 11 crew. But "lucky" collectors back 20-25 years ago had many opportunities to buy covers, photos and cards signed by the Soyuz 11 crew and from many outlets, including Superior and Aurora auctions. My ancient and outdated website has a section on forgeries that gives a good overview of the notorious Soyuz 11 autographs and displays some. When there, click on "Forgeries" at the top and then scroll down past the infamous Armstrong and Apollo 11 material, plus examples of other forgeries, to the material on Soyuz 11. |

Soyuz 11 launched in the morning of June 6, 1971. I don't think it's very likely that the crew signed covers on their launch day. The Star City museum shows two photos that were signed by the Soyuz 11 crew on board of Salyut-1. Moreover, a few Dobrovolski or Patsayev signed documents were sold at auctions. |
