I've been thinking about joining up for next year. Would someone mind posting a pic or two of the storage box/sleeves that are provided with the Astro Autograph Club membership?I am curious what it lloks like once it is fully "assembled" for the year. Thanks! ------------------ John Capobianco Camden DE |

John, The storage box is a nicely designed cardboard box (in black) with the AAC logo/year on the lid). The storage sleeves are slighly larger than 8x10 in order to facilitate easy insertion/removal of the photo's and letters. Personally, I store my photos/letters in clearfile acid-free sleeves which insert into a 4-hole punch binder. The box and sleeves are handy for transporting items to autograph shows though... that's what mine get used for .Kind regards, Derek |

I am interested in selling my 2006 Astronaut Autograph Club collection but I am unsure how much it would be worth. Would I get more selling it as a whole or breaking it up? Any suggestions would be a big help to me! Thanks!I am interested in selling my 2006 Astronaut Autograph Club collection but I am unsure how much it would be worth. The 2006 AAC is still available from the ASF priced at $650. Of course, that would be with the letters being personalized to the buyer... |

My guess is that if you broke up all of the items and sold them individually, you'd get about $500-550 total, assuming Lovell is $150 and Cernan is about $100-125. As Derek points out, for only $100 more, someone can get a set from the ASF with letters personalized to them...plus gain the satisfaction of contributing to the ASF. |
