I was wondering how some of you arrange your autographs so that you can still view them often while keeping them protected.

For my 8 x 10 photographs, I keep them in the clear PVC free sheet protectors between two sheets of computer paper. On the front of the paper, I list who it is, their missions, biography, etc. I keep these in a two ring lever arch binder.

For 3 x 5 index cards, I keep them in the small regular mailing envelopes. On the outside of the envelope, I list who it is and their missions.

Is this a good way or a bad way? Do you have any suggestions?

Brian,
Be sure you use the best quality "Archival" clear protectors & be sure the paper & envelopes are acid free...beware of the glue on envelopes.

I just use the best heavy duty (5ml) archival protectors. Joe had an excellent suggestion of to be sure to "air them" by removing them on occasion from their protective pages. You might want to put the 3x5 cards in the pages made for 4x6 photos...just a thought.
