Slightly tilted and with its front footpad off the ground, the Apollo 15 Lunar Module 'Falcon' is photographed by Jim Irwin during EVA-2.

Irwin had difficulty getting up the ladder because of the tilt.

Apollo 15 landed with the greatest off-vertical position of 11 degrees. Makes me wonder about Lunar Starship’s limits with respect to elevator function and basic stability.
Maybe a pneumatic leveling system should be considered.
