The Apollo 14 prime crew receives an oversized Christmas card signed by 400 members of the Kennedy Space Center team that is making preparations for their launch, scheduled for January 31, 1971. Jim Loy (right), a public affairs office representative, presented the card to (left to right) command module pilot Stuart Roosa, lunar module pilot Edgar Mitchell and commander Alan Shepard.
