A Titan IIIC launches two USAF satellites from Complex 40 on April 8, 1970, while Apollo 13 is on Launch Pad 39A.

These were two more of the VELA HOTEL satellites used to detect nuclear detonations — a program driven by the Test Ban treaty a few years earlier. Amazing cold war history.
