The crawler makes its way up the incline at Launch Pad 39A to pick up the Mobile Service Structure surrounding AS-508, the launch vehicle for Apollo 13. The MSS was retracted in preparation for the Countdown Demonstration Test in March 1970.

Unusual photo as I have never seen the crawler and the mobile service structure on their own without a Saturn V within the vicinity.

And yet there is a Saturn V in there somewhere.

I have seen a photo of the MSS alone on the pad, without a Mobile Launcher. Maybe it was a fit check, or something like that.

Another odd photo was the ML-1 "milkstool" on Pad 39B in 1978. It was there because of shuttle-era modifications at the VAB.
