Dr. Charles F. Sawin, JSC cardiophysiologist, lies on a litter in a Spacelab simulator, while scientist-astronaut F. Story Musgrave adjusts equipment that will provide data on the effects of fluid shifts toward the head on heart dynamics during spaceflight. Sawin is fitted with an apparatus to measure respiratory traces. The experiment was part of the second Spacelab Simulation (SS-2) at JSC from January 26 to February 1, 1976. Musgrave acted as mission specialist, while Sawin and third crewmember Robert S. Clark were payload specialists.

Great photo. I haven't seen Story in years. Has he retreated to his home in Florida or is he still doing appearances?
