It's called NASA Early Space Missions men's silk tie. You can find it on eBay.

Takes me back to Lovell’s appearance at Space Lectures 7 or 8 years ago. Spending time in Jim and Marilyn’s company was an honour I shall never forget.

They really cut this up, no doubt to fit a time constraint. It would be nice to see more of the interview.
