In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to the Skylab Restoration Fund at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center Foundation.

Jackie- All of us thank you and Konnie for all you have done for us.

It figures that Konrad would want to see the Skylab mockup saved at SpaceCamp. He thought us all to love and respect the history that he left us!

I had the honor to interview Konrad for our Saturn sets. His enthusiasm for space flight was remarkable. I'm quite certain we spent more time talking off camera than on...

Ad Astra, Konrad. And we thank you...

Had the pleasure of meeting and talking with him during my visit to Huntsville in 2001. He also signed a picture of the Saturn V for me, and it is currently in my office at home.

My heartfelt respects to his wife.

Godspeed Konrad.
