According to NASA's Career Astronaut Biographies website the following are now listed as former: Nancy Currie, Paul Lockhart, Christopher "Gus" Loria, and Charles Precourt have resigned.
There does not appear as of yet to be a NASA press release announcing their future plans.

If confirmed, would Loria be the first shuttle astronaut to resign without flying?

I would suspect his resignation is related to the unspecified injury he sustained that forced him of STS-113.

Precourt went to work at Thiokol in Utah. Currie went to work for Sverdrup in Houston.

What are Lockhart and Loria are doing now? What are their jobs and were do they work? It is always hard to find information about former astronauts in current jobs.
