Dreweatts here in the UK have a space photography and ephemera auction taking place on 17th March. Online bidding is available.
There are just under 400 lots in the sale including many iconic images although a lot of the starting bids seem rather high.

Some big prices seemed to have been paid for certain photographs like Earthrise. I'm definitely not up to speed on how and why certain images are worth so much, I'm talking £1000's.
Lot 197 went for £8500 hammer so add 36% commission on top of that making £11560 (approximately $16000). It was a the iconic picture of Buzz Aldrin taken by Neil Armstrong, auction description was:
Vintage chromogenic print on fibre-based Kodak paper, 11 x 14 in, [NASA photo no AS11-40-5903], on A KODAK PAPER watermarked stock.
