Bonhams has just posted their catalog online for their Sept. 17, 2019 Air and Space auction in New York.Amazing to see the two Grumman LM prototype models from 1963 and 1966! In general, lots of neat and unique stuff here. |

The auction's highlight lot, a full-scale vintage test model of the Sputnik satellite, sold for $400,075 including the buyer's premium. The aforementioned 1963 prototype Grumman lunar module model sold for $8,200. The 1966 model did not sell. |

Some real bargains, like this Apollo Block I window for 255$ including premium. |

I agree, the Ed White Block I model was a bargain at $956 (including premium) even without it being Ed White's, which just adds to the value. The 1/50 scale ASTP model went for the same $956 which was a good deal as well. | |
