Editor's note: In an effort to keep the topics Soyuz at the Guiana Space Center (CSG) and Soyuz VS01/Galileo: First launch from Guina focused on status updates, reader's feedback and opinions are directed to this thread.

Please use this topic to discuss the launch of Russia's Soyuz rocket from Europe's spaceport in French Guiana.

You've gotta love these French countdowns...

"Top! Moins une minute!"

My oldest friend has just been appointed a French Honorary Consul of Virginia, maybe some maneuvering is now in order on my part to get him to secure VIP invites!

With the successful Soyuz launch from the French Guiana, will the space agency consider launch Manned Soyuz to the space station in the future?

As by now there are no plans for manned Soyuz launches from Kourou.

All times are CT (US)
