I'm hoping someone could help identify the cosmonauts in this photograph with Neil Armstrong and Valentina Tereshkova.

I believe that's Beregovoi on the left of photo. Second from left (laughing) is Popovich, and second from right is Shonin. The rest are all dignitaries — not cosmonauts.

Shockingly a pic of Neil Armstrong where he actually looks happy, not a usual trait of him in pictures. Valentina always looks good.

Any idea as to when this picture was taken? I say late 70's early 80's.

Per "First Man," Armstrong's trip to Russia was in May 1970.
Serving as his hosts were Georgy T. Beregovoy and Konstantin P. Feoktistov, the cosmonauts whose goodwill visit to America came two months after Apollo 11.
